Microsystems Announces 3BClean Version 3.0 and New Customers

Downers Grove, IL (PRWEB) August 26, 2011

Microsystems, a leader in document quality, production efficiency and risk reduction associated with document collaboration, today announced the release of 3BClean server-based metadata cleaning product version 3.0. This single platform solution ensures a company?s policies are consistently administered, whether it?s from a desktop, Smartphone, netbook, Webmail or Web-based application.

Since the July acquisition of certain key assets related to the 3BClean product from 3BView Limited, Microsystems has been working with key former employees from 3BView to provide additional development and improvements to the 3BClean product, and continues to provide world-class support to new and existing customers.

"We have worked with Microsystems for many years and rely on them for their expertise and knowledge related to our document production efforts," stated Mike Green, CIO for Nixon Peabody. "We were one of the earliest adopters of 3BClean, as we identified the increasing volume of documents emanating from e-mails generated on mobile devices. We are delighted that Microsystems has acquired the 3BClean technology and look forward to working with them in the future," continued Green.

"We are pleased to assist Microsystems in supporting and growing its metadata business," said Dr. Martin Brown, founder and former CTO of 3BView. "This release is very positive for the customers of 3BView as well as current and future customers of Microsystems, who will continue to have access to leading edge metadata detection and removal products. The technical team at 3BView was very impressed with the excellence of the team at Microsystems and we are looking forward to working closely with them."

The release of 3BClean Version 3.0 improves a user?s experience by providing additional support for cleaning embedded images, linked images, sensitive hyperlinks, Include Text fields, custom XML tags, obfuscated text, smart tags, small text and converting field codes to text.

The following firms recently licensed Microsystems metadata removal software:
